Product Return Procedure and Information

Return Period and Conditions

Within 30 days of receiving your order, if you have not used the product, you can return it free of charge with its original packaging. If you want an exchange, you must return the product first. After we receive your return, we can quickly refund your money or add a check to your account. Our customer service will be happy to help you with this. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Non-Returnable Products and Criteria

Products that cannot be returned include those with damaged packaging, those without an invoice, and those that have been used. In addition, evening bags cannot be returned even if they have not been used. If the products reach us in a used, worn or washed condition, we may have to send them back to you and no refund will be made in this case.

Return Procedure and Address Information

You must fill out the "Return Form" section at the bottom of the invoice for the product you are returning, and send the package undamaged and with all accessories via UPS Cargo, cash on delivery. The return address is as follows:

Shipping Costs and Return Process

The shipping costs of the products you send to our company with a return request belong to our company. The return fee will be transferred to your credit card within 3 business days from the moment the products reach the goods acceptance unit. If you have paid by cash on delivery or money transfer method, you must provide your IBAN number and bank information in order for the return to be made. The return process may take a few days depending on your bank.

Return of Defective Product and Payment of Return Amount in Installments

If you have received a defective product in your order, you can contact our customer service to report the situation and return the product. The entire amount of the returned product will be refunded to your credit card, however, your bank may reflect the refund on your credit card in installments.
