Order Cancellation

You can only cancel your order by informing us via e-mail at info@alonebag.com.tr before the product is delivered to the cargo company.

Shipping and Delivery Process

All products on Alonebag.com.tr are sent from our own factory warehouse. Your orders are prepared and delivered to cargo as quickly as possible. Although we try to deliver your orders to cargo on the same day, our order preparation process varies between 1-3 business days due to pandemic conditions. Orders arriving on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed and delivered to cargo on the following business day. Cargo Assurance

The products you order will be delivered to you in the fastest and most reliable way with UPS cargo assurance. When your products are shipped, an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address registered in the system and you will be notified via SMS to your phone.

International Orders

We do not collect customs fees that may occur on international orders. Please note that you must pay your order when it reaches your country.

Cargo Damages

The cargo company is responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation. For this reason, we kindly ask you to open the package in the presence of the cargo officer when your order reaches you and make sure that the products inside are undamaged. In case of any damage to the product, you may ask the cargo officer to draw up a report and not accept the product. In such a case, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible via our e-mail address bilgi@alonebag.com.tr .
