Membership
How can I sign up for Alone?
You can easily become a member via the "My Account Information" page under the MY ACCOUNT heading.
Can I shop without being a member of Alone?
You do not have to be a member to review the products on Alone and add them to your cart. When you add the product to your cart and click the complete shopping button, you can complete your shopping by clicking continue without becoming a member on the screen that appears.
How do I cancel my membership from Alone?
Alone membership provides you with many advantages and does not bring any obligations in return. However, you can close your membership at any time from the "My Account - Membership Information - Delete My Membership Information" section. You can also close your membership by sending a membership deletion request to iletisim@alonebag.com.
If you do not remember your password!
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Simply click on the "I Forgot My Password" link under the "Log In" button on the Member Login page and follow the steps specified in the e-mail sent to you.
Orders
How can I order from Alone?
After determining the product you want to buy, you can examine the selected product in detail by clicking on the product image and benefit from the information written under the "Product Features" heading. The options for product payment are also on the same page and under the "Payment Options" heading. After selecting the product by clicking on it and marking your shoe size, click the "Add to Cart" button.
In the window that opens, you will see two alternatives: Either you continue shopping by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button in the lower left corner, or you proceed to the payment stage by clicking the "COMPLETE ORDER" button in the upper right corner. Continuing shopping means adding the products you like to your cart by following the same path. At each stage of your shopping, you can see the products you have selected to order, the total amount of the order, the discounts applied to the product, and the total amount you will pay by clicking the cart icon in the upper right corner. To remove products from your cart, simply click on the orange X.
You can proceed to the payment stage by pressing the "COMPLETE ORDER" button.
You can edit the delivery options for your order from the “ADDRESS AND SHIPPING INFORMATION” section on the “PAYMENT” page. If the address on your invoice will be different from your delivery address, you must check the “Make My Invoice Address Different” box and enter your invoice address. In order to invoice the product you ordered correctly and to avoid any problems with delivery, please make sure that your invoice information and delivery information are complete and accurate.
Continue the transaction by selecting the credit card in the "PAYMENT OPTIONS" field. Also enter the name and surname of the cardholder, credit card number, credit card expiration date and CVC2 information.
Click on the “COMPLETE ORDER” button. This will take you to your bank’s 3D Security Page. To complete the payment process, enter your single-use 3D security password sent to your bank on your mobile phone.
Information about installment campaigns on your MY ACCOUNT page at Alonebag.com.tr appears on the right side of the area where card information is entered. After entering card information, read “DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT” and select and approve the box below it.
All information regarding the order details and the account information regarding the selected bank will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when registering. You can also access your information from the MY ORDERS section within your membership account.
How can I track the order I placed?
You can track your order from the My Account - My Orders section. If you have completed your shopping without becoming a member, you can track it from the "Order Tracking" section on the home page.
I placed my order but I need to change the delivery address. What can I do?
After creating an order, the address cannot be changed for the relevant order.
If your order has been delivered to the cargo, the address change process will take longer. In this case, the cargo must first come back to us. When the cargo reaches us, the address will be changed and it will be delivered to the cargo again.
I placed my order but I want to cancel it. What can I do?
To cancel your order, you can contact our Customer Services and submit your request no later than 2 hours after placing your order. If the product is delivered to the cargo or to you, you can return it within 14 DAYS by following the return procedures.
How and when will I get a refund for my cancelled order?
The amount you paid for the cancelled product will be reflected on your statement within 7 business days. You can follow up on your account statement. (The refund period varies depending on the bank.)

How many installments can be made for which credit cards for the product I will purchase?
When you reach the payment page, you can see your current information by clicking on the installment information link.
Is it safe to shop at Alone with a credit card?
At Alone, every stage of communication for credit card transactions is secured. All your credit card and personal information is encrypted with the SSL Secure system, which is an internet security standard. This prevents your information from being intercepted by unwanted persons or institutions in any way.
