All materials are Turkish goods and are produced by Turkish employees in their own factories in Turkey. The bag has passed the friction test and has been proven to be durable up to 20 kg. Siparişlerini aynı gün kargoya teslim etmeye çalışsak da pandemi koşullarından ötürü sipariş hazırlama sürecimiz 1-3 iş günü arasında değişmektedir. Cumartesi, Pazar ve resmi tatil günlerinde ulaşan siparişlerin, takip eden ilk iş gününde işleme alınarak kargoya teslim edilir. - Sipariş verdiğin ürünler UPS kargo güvencesiyle en hızlı ve güvenilir şekilde sana ulaştırılacaktır.
- Ürünlerin kargoya verildiğinde sistemde kayıtlı olan e-mail adresine e-mail gönderilerek ve telefonuna sms ile bilgi verilecektir.
- Yurtdışı siparişlerde ortaya çıkacak olan gümrük bedelini biz tahsil etmiyoruz. Siparişin ülkene ulaştığında senin ödemen gerektiğini unutma.
- Taşıma sırasında oluşabilecek hasarlardan kargo firması sorumludur. Bu sebeple siparişin sana ulaştığında kargo görevlisinin yanında paketini açmanı ve içinden çıkan ürünlerin hasarsız olduğundan emin olmanı önemle rica ederiz.
