- Ürünlerin kargoya verildiğinde sistemde kayıtlı olan e-mail adresine e-mail gönderilerek ve telefonuna sms ile bilgi verilecektir.
- Yurtdışı siparişlerde ortaya çıkacak olan gümrük bedelini biz tahsil etmiyoruz. Siparişin ülkene ulaştığında senin ödemen gerektiğini unutma.
- Taşıma sırasında oluşabilecek hasarlardan kargo firması sorumludur. Bu sebeple siparişin sana ulaştığında kargo görevlisinin yanında paketini açmanı ve içinden çıkan ürünlerin hasarsız olduğundan emin olmanı önemle rica ederiz. Üründe herhangi bir hasar olması durumunda kargo görevlisinden tutanak tutmasını isteyip ürünü teslim almayabilirsin.
